We plan to increase the monthly fee gradually as we grow the Illuminate community. BUT, when you join now, you’ll lock in the lowest-ever $29 monthly price as long as you stay a member.

You can cancel your membership at any time and will continue to have access to the membership through the month you’ve paid.

No problem! While live attendance offers the opportunity to connect and practice in community with others, all of the workshops will be recorded and added to a growing library of content that you can access as long as you’re a member.

We’ll deliver content that addresses the biggest challenges you’re facing in your leadership and teaches you how to lead with more impact, authenticity, and ease. We’ll shape our topics with your input and what we’re hearing from others in the field. Here’s a preview of some of the juicy topics we’ll dive into early in 2022:

In this beta launch, we’re keeping the community smaller with an estimated 10-30 leaders in the program throughout the year. Our plan is to open the membership for public enrollment in 2023, and we hope to grow the size of the membership into the hundreds. As the membership grows, we’ll continue to offer opportunities for more intimate connections, e.g. support circles and more.

It means that we’re ready to create this community and offer ongoing support, learning, and connection to you and other leaders we’ve partnered with in the past. In the beta phase, we’ll be trying out different things, asking for your feedback and input, and will shape an experience that is going to be the most valuable to you and the most impactful for your leadership. Because we’re in beta, we’re offering you the lowest price that this membership will ever be ($29/month) and letting you lock that in for as long as you’re a member.

All Illuminate members will be invited to join a support circle of 3-4 leaders, with whom you will gather virtually every month (for a 6 month period). Support circles offer a more intimate connection point with a hand-picked group of leaders who are committed to offering their wisdom, sharing resources, and holding you accountable for your vision and goals. We’ll open up these optional Support Circles in January 2022 and will ask you several questions to help us match you with other circle members.. If you’re an Illuminate Your Leadership alum, you’ll have the option of staying with the same peer group for 2021 or switching it up. In late January we will hold a Support Circle kick-off meeting, where you will gather with your circle for the first time and we’ll train you in a new circle-up framework that is guaranteed to get you meaningful results in your leadership in a short period of time.

Inside Illuminate is the only place where you can sign-up for a one-on-one coaching session with Jen without having to commit to a coaching package (because we know you’ve already done a lot of deep work!). Each month we will open up several coaching slots to members who want to dive deep into a current challenge, explore an upcoming decision, practice a courageous conversation, or whatever you’re yearning! Once these slots are filled, that’s it for the month. We’re offering Illuminate members a special pricing of $200 for these coaching sessions.
