Meet your facilitator, Jen Lachman (she/her)

As the Founder of Lachman Consulting, I’ve coached and supported hundreds of social sector leaders who are tackling some of the most important issues of our time.  

As a recovering perfectionist and former overworked Executive Director, I know what it’s like to deplete yourself (and others) on behalf of your work, and I used to think that was the only way to lead.

Thanks to some incredible teachers, and two little kids who would have it no other way, I’ve discovered ways to create a powerful impact with more ease and less stress.  And I’ve had the honor of coaching others on a similar quest for more freedom and flow in their leadership.
