Small, facilitated peer coaching groups offering clarity, support, and accountability during challenging times.

  • Groups of 4–5 peers

  • 6 Bi-weekly 75-minute virtual meetings (starting the week of February 9)

  • Structured time to bring real challenges and receive perspective, support, and accountability – so you don’t have to figure things out alone

  • Expert facilitation to help the group build trust, clarify norms, and get off the ground — then the group runs itself (with reminders and a shared doc to keep you structured)

Which circle is best for you?


Organizational Leaders Support Circle

You’re holding a lot – big decisions, people dynamics, funding uncertainty, and the weight of leading through constant change. You rarely have a place to think things through out loud, and leadership can feel lonely, especially right now.

This circle is for executive and senior nonprofit leaders who want a space for strategic thinking, grounded perspective, honest reflection, and mutual support from peers who truly understand the role – so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

This circle will meet every other Friday, 12-1:15pm ET (starting 2/13)


People Managers Support Circle

You’re managing people, projects, and expectations – often while juggling your own full workload. You’re trying to be both supportive and effective in the midst of constant demands and are tired of feeling unsure if you’re handling things “the right way.”

This circle is for nonprofit professionals who manage people and want a trusted sounding board, practical support, and accountability – so you can lead with more confidence, steadiness, and intention.

This circle will meet every other Friday, 10-11:15am ET (starting 2/13)

Cost + Commitment

$75 per month for 3 months ($225 total)

This includes placement in a small peer Support Circle, bi‑weekly meetings, and facilitation to help your group build trust and momentum.

  • Choose the circle that most closely reflects the role or challenge you’re navigating right now. During registration, you’ll be able to select up to two preferences, and we’ll place you in the best available fit.

  • You can select up to two options in the registration form. We’ll use your preferences, availability, and group composition to make thoughtful placements.

  • Many participants use professional development funds. You’ll receive a receipt, and we’re happy to provide an invoice if needed. If this process doesn’t work for you and your organization, please reach out to Liz at liz@lachmanco.com.

  • We know nonprofit work is unpredictable. While consistency is encouraged, occasional absences are expected. Your group will still meet as scheduled.

  • The circles are expertly facilitated at the beginning to help establish structure, trust, and shared norms. After that, the groups are designed to run themselves, using a simple, repeatable format.  We’ll continue to send reminder emails to everyone and will host a shared Google Doc for your group to keep you organized.

  • Participants are nonprofit professionals from a range of organizations who share similar roles or challenges. We’re intentional about creating groups where people feel understood and can learn from one another.

  • If you’re a current member, you’re welcome to join a Support Circle as part of your membership benefits. Details will be shared separately.
