For more than 12 years, I've coached hundreds of nonprofit leaders who are navigating some of the most challenging circumstances we've seen. And as a former Executive Director, I know firsthand what it's like when hope feels hard and the path forward isn't clear.
In this workshop, we'll explore an approach to visioning that doesn't require hope, optimism, or certainty (those are in short supply these days!). You'll walk away with a compelling vision, concrete tools, and a clearer sense of how to lead through whatever 2026 brings.
